The Board of Integrated Asset Management plc ('the Company') are pleased to announce the appointment, on 25 June 2004, of Mr Denis Masetti as a director of the Company, with immediate effect.
In this role Mr. Masetti will assist in running the Italian operations of Integrated Asset Management, including Interfin SIM, our Institutional Brokerage; in addition, Mr. Masetti will continue to work closely with Emanuel Arbib to increase our distributor network in Italy.
Mr Denis Masetti, aged 49, is or has been during the previous five years a director of the following companies;
